Well there really isn't an unsafe position for pregnant women, unless you are high risk. You should lay on your left side with a pillow between your legs to sleep. Do what is comfortable to you. Your baby is so well protected inside you, your movements rock the baby to sleep. When you are still is when they wake up.

There's lot of pregnancy books out there to tell anything you need to know from prepare to pregnant till your delivery preparations.
