When can you start uploading pictures ?

Is there a certain number that must be reached say about 500 then only you can upload pictures with your discussions I get a little confused as I have seen some people with 50 posts also upload pictures can anyone explain to me? Thanking you in advance.

see i think the rule is the same you will be able to upload pics after 500 post and also you will be allowed to copy and paste the things after 500 post ! but i never noticed the thing that people are posting images in 50 post too ! but then also the rules are changed recently due to the further improvement process of mylot and stopping the spam policy !
