line errors in web pages

WHEN I OPEN A SPECIFIC LINK IN WEB PAGE i am getting a dialogue box in which it says," problems with this web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or function properly".Then it shows line no.(eg. line: 204), char no. (eg. char: 13), error( eg. error: exception occured), code no.(eg. code:0), and URL.
