Wasn't he the one Elaine thought was "sponge-worthy" on Seifeld?
He was in a baseball movie, too (typecasting-- he *was* a professional baseballer before turning to acting).

When I saw this discussion I was going to write about him being on Seinfeld too. Yes, he was the guy on the sponge-worthy episode (I just love that episode too!). I remember seeing this rerun about a year ago and finally realizing it was Luke. That is interesting that he was a baseball player. I didn't know that.

Yeah, he played for a few major league teams, I think the Dodgers among them (I'm not a baseball fan, though, so don't quote me). And occasionally, on the show, it's mentioned that Luke used to play ball. Guess that's why he wears a baseball hat all the time :o)
