quiting smoking is not a difficulte task, it is just a decision, if any body think that he can do what ever he desire then quit smoking is a little task for him, but if your mind the not agreed to stop smoking you can't do this. don't say it only, just try to do it strongly like a man.

Simply strong determination and self-discipline. If you are really determined to stop smoking, you can. To quit smoking is not an extremely difficult task. Those who say so are not really desirous to quit smoking. It's just psychological. Don't find justifications that you cannot quit smoking. Tell yourself that you can stop smoking. You are the captain of your soul. You can do what you want with your self. Smoking is not attached to you. If you feel the urge to smoke, try to drink tea. Or eat candies for it's very difficult to be eating candies and at the same time smoking. Mix with people and talk to them to forget smoking. God to places where smoking is prohibited. Avoid being alone for that will give you a chance to smoke. Strong determination really counts so be determined to quit smoking. Control yourself. Self-discipline plays an important role in making yourself quit smoking.

The problem is that they have to want to quit for themselves. If they arent ready then it wont happen for them. To me it sounds liek they lack the motivation. If they are short of money point out how much they'd save, having a jar which they put the money they would have spent smoking. It is essential to have support throughout, perhaps suggest going to the doctors who can make referals, or pairing up and supporting each other.

My most recent attempt was to use Resolve lozenges.... that didn't last long! I can't handle the texture of them, and you're supposed to take 10 each day! I will have to find another way.
