A guy always posts fake info of a scamming exchanger site

this site is a fraud, scammer:
http://www.goldxcash.com/
but a guy always posts this scamming site to those members, especially those members not so familiar with ecurrency, e-gold and the exchange etc.
how could we fight with those fake info?
the report function seems doesnt work that much.

maybe report them to the ministry of trade? so they can send the detailks to the fbi to investigate? is there a governing body that regulates complaints re fraudsters? maybe that might work.
