why are men obsessed with gizmos!

It's not just guys. I love computers and video games etc. I spend most of my time playing some kind of game of fiddling with my computer. We do it because it's fun of course. We'd rather spend our time doing what we enjoy than doing nothing. So take it from a girls point-of-view. Video games are entertaining. Try it some time.

My son and his friends love their computer games - they all have xbox 360 and play live so they can chat to each other. My sons are 19 and 22, their girlfriends have become xbox 360 widows and they bought these for my sons as christmas presents. I guess if you never want your man leaving the house get him hooked on a computer game. Mind you I spend hours on the computer, since I went on line I have to drag myself off to bed and switching on the computer is the first thing I do in the morning (after I've made coffee). I'm not a guy but I kinda understand the obsession as I'm obsessed myself with my own PC.

It depends, not all men spend their time in these gadgets and not all women ignore these. I know women who sit in front of their PCs of mobiles for the whole day and men who simply can't sit in front of the computer even for an hour, so yours is a flawed assumption.

yes men are more drawn towards gizmos and gadgets..wen u tell this..u got to understand its not all men who are like this...and in the same way there are women too who are found with gadgets.. likewise i like more techy things and i love to spend time with them...i love notebooks,ipod,playstation ....but the fact is the majority in this criteria comes from men side..as only few women go for this kinda stuffs
