Diabetic Herbed Pork Chops

4 (4-ounce) lean boneless center-cut loin pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
1/4 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried whole rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
cooking spray
Trim fat from chops. Combine breadcrumbs and next 3 ingredients. Brush mustard over both sides of chops; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chops; cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side or till tender.
serves 4

Wow spiritwolf you did it this time thank you as you know I am a diabetic and this is marvellous that you have sent out a recipe specially for diabeties that we can cook I will defintely cook this one thanks in advance.
