African turkey and couscous in a crock pot

2 lb. boneless skinless turkey breasts cut into slices 1 onion chopped 4 cloves garlic minced 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp. fresh ginger minced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup lime juice Hot cooked couscous Combine all the ing. except the couscous in the Crok pot. Cover and cook onlow for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve over the couscous. (Or rice or mashed potatoes)
