I dunno really abt the policy of the mylot whetehr they pay for the responses we make after the user has already selected the best response for given particualr discussion...How many of u respond to discussion for which best response has already been selected..In my case i dont respond since i feel that user wont read further responses and that we wont earn from it since we wont be given any ratings...I really want to know your views as to how to go about this question??

You still earn for posting to a discussion that has "best response" already chosen. And yes many time the creator of the discussion will go back and rate those that reply after that also. I know that I do. I rate everyone that responds to my discussions, even if I have already chosen best response. I also respond to discussions that have best response chosen, if I have something to add to the discussion that is useful. You would be surprised at how many users do go back and read and rate every response. Happy posting.

I will respond to any post that I think is interesting. If it has a best response or not. You do not get paid more or less for receiving them, and I have no idea what the purpose of it is for, except it is a nice feeling to get them from your friends.

Yeah when the topic itself is very much catching and attractive i feel personally that its very good way to be responding to the discussion...i think that responding well to the discussion even after best response has been selected is very much important ....

I still respond regardless of best response being chosen if I feel that I can add to the discussion. I always rate members in my discussions even after the best response is chosen. We do still get credit for responding. I don't think that people should not respond just because the best response was chosen a lot of times people will choose to close it out with 3 responses and then a couple of weeks later someone comes and responds and it is a full discussion again. Just my 2 cents worth. :)

I guess it all depends upon ur approach...if u like the discussion u would respond regardlessly of the best response of chosen and kind of responses it has....

it depends on group of users different people see one issue from their perspectives.that also changes with time.for e.g.rama and ravana are main characters ofhindu mythology it is been said that ravana was the best ruler of that time and not rama and some people says that rama is our good they would laydown their lives for ramas dignity even then rama ravna war took place.rama killed ravana.he ruled over ayodhya and so did his sons.to mentain the quality of response we have to go on making more discussion on it. that is only pissible by communication.
