Worst ever physical pain.

What is the worst sort of physical pain you've felt? Mine was when I had massive killer headache. I am sometimes troubled with headaches but this one was the worst ever. I was out of commision for three days, couldn't eat, open my eyes or move. To open my eyes was agonizing pain and no pain medicine helped. I couldn't sleep for those nights because the pain was too great. This went on for three days until it finally subsided. My eyes were swollen and it took another few days before they got back to normal size and I could look at something without turning my whole head again. This was by far the worst pain I had ever felt. What was yours?
