why do friendships break????

I don't think there are definite qualities that you can give all best friends. The thing is best friends are personal. One man's food is another man's poison. My best friend is not only my best friend, she is my teacher, my confidante, my sunshine when things go blue. Through her sincerity, her geniune desire to give me the best she can, I learnt how it was like to have a friend. I think there is nothing else you need in a friend except Sincerity. As long as a friendship is sincere and geniune, it is real. Best friends are not perfect, of course, and they may hurt you. In such a way, if the "best friend" you had betrayed you, she/he would probably become your "greatest enemy" because you placed so much trust and hope in that friendship. But personally, though there is a possibility of your friend hurting you, a best friend should never become your enemy. Also, I don't think you can specify a number of secrets you should tell your best friend. You probably wouldn't tell them everything, but I guess a best friend is someone you tell the most secrets to. How to be a real friend? I think, seriously, all you need is to be sincere and use your heart in everything you do, be generous and giving and your friend would feel it, no matter what you do or say.

yes i had a friend that i lost communication with, but its not for we have some misunderstanding or what, i just dont know where is she now, i heard that they got a heavy typhon and earthquake after the last time i chat with her.until now maybe a year, we never had any communication.

The answer to most relationship questions is found in communication with the parties involved. The question then becomes,how long do we try till we know it's too late to save it. Some people will naturally be more impatient than others. Ultimately it will be up to the questioner to answer their own question.

I think the sweet and the most beautiful feeling on earth i.e frndship get broken due to the misunderstanding between the two frnds,due to there lack of time for each other and in my case due to lack of communication between us...!!

Sometimes friendships break because they were only meant to last for that time or during a transition in your life. I realized that over the years as I have gained more understanding about myself and who I've become...my friendships that meant the most to me are silenced due to maturity, differences, and experiences. I look at friendship as your reflection and as as you grow and change so will your friends.
