According to the guidelines you cannot upload any pictures until your rating is 500 or more. So keep posting those discussions and commenting on the ones you are interested in and you will soon be up there in the next few days. Good luck.

ok well u must see size of pic, don't be more than 100kb use acd see for resize u'r pic.
