Do you Still get 6-8hours of sleep?

Sleeping is very important to our health. 6-8 hours sleep a day would ensure us to be healthy coupled with balanced diet. Do you still get 6-8hours of sleep?

very rarely do i get 6 to 8 hours sleep , here lately its only been about 5 hours. I need to work on this and get it resolved.

are you talking about mylot?? personally i sleep from 3am to 11am i guess it is 8 hours so im fine xD... but when i get up i still want to sleep some more T-T

I aimed to sleep 6-8 hrs but usually like you, I usually get only 5 hours of sleep.

I try to. I only wake up at 9 in the morning since the shop opens at 10. So even if I get on here I will try to sleep before 12 PM or at elast 1 AM. I didn't do that when Iw as a student but as I get older I sleep later and later!

When I was in elementary, I used to sleep 6-8 hours. And sometimes in highschool. However, now when I'm in college I only get 4-5hours of sleep because of a tight schedule.

I used to get 8 hours of sleep when I was young, but ever since I've become a teenager, the hours have gotten less and less during the weekdays. I usually make up for it during the weekends, however. But I usually get around 4-5 during the weekdays and 10-12+ during weekends. What about you?

yeah, we alike. during weekends i get aroun 10 to 12 its my best day...
