Please advise, if someone want to build muscle but their budget to tight, so anyone can suggest how to get the protein, make or get equipment without go to gym and get good result.

you could buy a set of standard weights and start with the light ones and work up and also get some weights you can strap around your ankles and then do arm and leg exercises plus stomach muscles i know a set of weights doesnt cost much and most sports places have them you can probably buy a whole set for under $39 here you can buy some for £20 at the large general stores. maybe you could take up jogging and swimming or a sport aswell
