Do any of you have Catamenial seizures?

Catamenial seizures means that you have seizures more often during your menstrual cycle. If so, how do you combat them? I've just been told to take more meds during that time. I also find it therapeutic to drink green tea.

Is it really therapeitic to drink green tea? Does that really help epilepsy or do you just like it? (I hate it!)

I got epilepsy when I was 39 and my first 2 siezures occurred on the next to last day of my cycle. I started taking Dilantin and that ended the seizures. The only other seizures I had were because I ran out of meds.
