How to make overlay layouts in Friendster

I am so depressed because i cant overlay my profile in friendster.. i dont know how to convert html to php.. can anyone help me please? edit and edit! i can do that.. but i copy paste the html in the customize page but it did not work :( even though i noticed the upper part of the page "NEW YOU CAN POST HTML, CSS" . please help!
