how to cope with pre-menstrual symdrome (PMS)?

About 80% of all women all over the world suffers from pre-menstrual symdrome (PMS)at one point or another. I suffer from PMS from time to time especially when I do not exercise. My symptoms are not really severe, I usually have stomach cramps and headaches for a few hours but it usually go away after I get some sleep. Had anyone around here has PMS? How to you cope with it?
