Ummm..... If you want to keep your girlfriend do not say anything about it at all. Chances are your girlfriend has noticed this about herself. If you bring it up it will only make her feel bad about herself. Instead why don't you plan some outdoor things for the two of you to do together go hiking, go swimming(when warm enough), take walks, go skating, etc... Also you could tell her that you want to start eating heathier and ask her to join you in eating better.

wow I was actually going to suggest the same thing, I think your right lots of shared activity is the key rather than one person being critical of the other. It will be good for you both in the long run to eat healthier and be more active.

well i think that the best thing is to advice her honestly and gently to decrease her weight, tell her that you love her whatever she is but at the same time you want her the best physically and sexually, you will help her in that because you love her,you have your own ways to convince and help her ;) if she didnt respond to all that so i think that the best thing is to tie a piece of fresh meat around her leg and bring a wild dog,the dog will run for the meat and she will run so scared from the dog and at the same time loosing weight! Good Luck

See buddy if you realy love her, then she might be close to you and there should be no hesitztion in expressing in you views tell her softly that , you do really love her but you are little conscious about her growing fats , polietly ask her to cut down her fats dont sy you are becoming fat, but intelligently say to cut down her fats.
