Can we trust Mylot

My frend had a discussion 5days back and it got greatly 52 responses but only .06$ were added to him I donot know the reason. It doesnot include even any type of maturity contents. It was really a hot topic which had 52 responses.
He lost hope in Mylot and from then onwards he didnot open Mylot at all
Does any one help me so that I can convince him

we cant say that by only responses mylot pays money for you but also one important thing that the discussion must new one and also another thing is you too must give responses to other persons..

mylot pays more if you get a lot of response in you discussion but it dont mean they they will pay for every discussion you get. look your friend got 6 cents. I only get 1 or 2 cents for every reply I give. and all he did is to start a new discussion.

I cannot figure out the Mylot pay system. It's a guessing game to me. I just post and hope for the best.
