can blind people see thier dreams??

i just wondering how blind people when they are sleeping..can they able to see their dreams??

My uncle went blind when he was 20 so obviously he can see his dreams and imagine things when you describe something. I'm not sure about someone who was born blind because they wouldnt really know what different things look like. Interesting question.
