Do you practice "Daylight's Savings TIme" in your country?

Or is that just an American thing? I live in Arizona and we don't change our clocks.

i believe we did practice daylight saving time here in my country during the later period of the aquino administration and or the early ramos administration when we experience power out ages to most of the power plants in my country. greetings. : )
