In-between bleeding, spotting on Loestrin Fe

I have been bleeding, spotting for about a week on this bc. I talked to my doc and he said this is normal and to talk to him if it continues. I get soreness in my stomach and heaviness as well. He said this goes along with it. Has anyone wxpereinced this? SHould I be concerned?
