What is this world coming to?!?!?

I was reading the local newspaper today and saw two very disturbing articles. One was of a guy that ran over a four year old girl and fled thee scene. Unfortunatly the girl didn't make it but thankfully they caught the ahole that did it. The second one was of a 17 year old boy that was watching his girlfriend's 18 month old daughter and beat her to death. It's so scary to know how twisted some people are. What is this world coming to? Why are people doing these cruel and stupid things?

Some people just look at the world in a different way. They might have anger problems or just don't understand that what they are doing is wrong. Then of course there are the people that enjoy hurting other people. As to why people are like this we may never know, but I think it has to do with how they were brought up and the things they experienced as a child. If people were more careful with children and parents paid attention more than maybe these things wouldn't happen as often.
