I just bougt myself a video camera, bat I can't copy files from carmera to computer. I don't know what to do. I connect the camera to computer, then follow all instructions, and when I try to open camera in computer, it just restarts. I'm really confused because it won't work with my older computer too.

Firstly what type of camera is it and what operating system do you have on your computer. Secondly - what restarts? The camera or the computer? Did the camera come with software on a Cd to load up onto your computer?? Without knowing this I really can't start to help you. Hope you reply soon - I'll keep an eye on this conversation for you.

After googling the camera - it says that your computer should be able to handle it. It will work on Windows 98 upwards. This thread on a forum seems to have the guy have the same problem so I hope it helps you. If you are using USB to transfer then that may be the problem. The link is http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=396150 Good luck.
