Fake doctors?

in todays newspaper: several people try to get authorized as doctors and psychologists by submitting false diplomas. Some has bought their diplomas, some made them themselves. More and more people get caught - one can but wonder how many of the cheaters get their authorizations. I found this very scary - what are your thoughts about this?

indeed its scary ..i fail to understand are this fake doctors dont have consious ..how can they play with somebody life ...end of the day they do have family ... i wish that something like this never happen
