Mostly this kind of sites are spam. Till you dont get proof dont say like this.

i don't think its a spam because one of my friend got payment out of it..so its not a spam

Dear Friend's. do you know I was Diamond Membership in this site, But do you know at least for 2 months I don't get anything from them. And Now I was trying to blocked they e-gold acoount. until they have confirmed they have proceed the payout they has promise. So My Advice is Don't Trust Them. check in Whois Tools the owner of the site.
