how to sleep well?

it usually takes me a couple hours to fall asleep, and then i wake up several times during the night for various reasons. im tossing and turning all night. because of this, i tend to sleep in late when i dont have anything to do in the mornings, but i really want to get out of this habit. what are some ways for me to get a good night's sleep and wake up relatively early?

i think you need to make yourself tired by doing some work in the day time, sleeping pills may help you initially but i would not suggest you as you will be in proplem again, try to do some yoga or some meditation exercises, i think it should help, for more tips reply back....
