unfortunately is something that is growing in usa and a part of europe, and this because we eat junk food and we don't walk a lot! in part the cause of today sitation is because of our actualy society.thanks to our car and food. so what you do to keep in feet?

I have my own gym equipment in my house so that's where I work out. I also jog outside regularly. I only eat 2 eggs per week. I also have half the week reserved for eating just vegetable salad and freshly made fruit juices. I used to have a high bad cholesterol but thanks to a change in lifestyle, exercise and discipline I'm a lot healthier now. Imagine a 6 foot guy like me having a blood pressure of just 110 over 70 an pulse is 65. I also take supplements because no matter how much nutricous food we eat we'll never meet the RDA level.

Exercise Exercise Exercise is the key! If you work out enough and build enough muscle, you can eat anything you'd like. I've lost a total of 135 pounds in the past year (I still have a little more to go) and I've found that burning off those calories is the best thing you can do.
