Earlier my mind was doing over time, trying to think up of a new discussion to write. Then I got thinking about all the discussion I have written so far and all the ones I have responded to. Most of them have one thing in common, the use of high frequency words ............. When I say high frequency words, I don't mean the ones that are commonly used, such as, but, and, that, the, etc. I mean plain everyday words that we use but some a little more than others. Mine is the word 'usually', I never realised until now how much it appears when responding to discussions etc. There are other words to that I use often but this one is usually used more often ......... lol Do you use a particular word very often? Whats yours? If you do was you aware you were doing it?

I don't really see a pattern yet for words I repeat when I open a discussion. I try to create titles that will catch everyone's eye. But your theory is interesting and I will look to see if I have any everyday words that I use without realizing it.

I think mine is "actually" - I know I use it a lot. It is quite a British thing if you know what I mean - loads of Brits use it, as in thr movie "Love Actually" :-)) In fact as I write this I am finding it quite hard not to put it in here somewhere - LOL!!!

For me, I try to be creative with my language as much as possible. It's downright boring to use the same word more often than necessary! I would say you give it a go too, make sure every other non-but/and/the/etc word/phrase you use is as different as you remember. It would be fun. :)
