any suggestions about how to loose weight

I am trying to loose my weight from some time. I have started eating healthy food, exercising, eating lots of fruits and I am avoiding fatty foods. Can anyone suggests to me more ways of loosing weight.

If you can get out for a walk each day and try to walk 10,000 steps, it is a recommended number to try to attain when trying to lose weight and get fit. I have a friend who lost 3 stone in a very short time by eating salad for all her meals. So she had about 3 salads a day and the weight fell off her. Good exercise if you can't get out is dancing in the house, put on your favourite music and dance as often as you can during the day for as long as you can - it will make you feel happy as well. i am trying to lose some weight and i make more less what u said...my problem is that i have a sedentary work

You can eat sprouted food,green vegetables,salads soups,buttermilk.stop taking heavy food,drink warm water and perform yoga and pranayams everyday for 1 hour in morning and evening.

my suggestion is excecise and excercise ,no matter what you eat so loong you burn what you eat

Sounds like you're doing all the things they say you should be doing. I would suggest one more thing. Do not focus too much on your weight. Have you seen the movie "The Secret"? someone from myLot had posted a link and I watched it and found it very interesting. But I'll never forget the part that says, 'what you focus on grows'. Try that and good luck...Hugs!

maintain what you have started like you said eating healthy foods & lots of fruits & avoiding fatty ones. . . try also using oatmeal instead of having a cup of rice or loaves of bread. oatmeal for breakfast with low fat fresh milk & pc of banana ; lunch with oatmeal & grilled chicken or fish with little vegetable salad w/ light ranch dressing only ; dinner with oatmeal & steamed mix seafood w/ cheese or steamed meatballs & a glass of fresh fruit juice. oatmeal helps me loose weight with steaming or grilled foods only as to set aside frying & sauteeing in the cooking of my dish too!

yu are already rocking dear, i hope you must have succeeded a bit at losing the weight, since you are really doing what is required then other things you can include is - drink 7-8 glasses of water, it helps to eliminate the toxins out of your body, house work will also help to reduce weight, so do more of your household work and instead of eating three times a day , eat in small lot atleast 5-6 times a day, and dont fill your stomach, just in small lot mind you cut down junk food and sweets too
