trying to potty train my 3 year old son any suggestions?

I'm trying to potty train my 3 yr old son and i'm not having any luck, does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm in the process of training my 2 yr old daughter. What I find that has been working is using rewards like praise and clapping when she goes on the potty. you can use other methods of rewards but thats what i find is working for me.
