Yes i am very careful about my health.If you dont have a good health you cant enjoy life.You can go where and when ever you want to.I am taking my breakfast,lunch and dinner which is fully concentrated with pritein,carbohydrates,vitamins and minerals.Everyone in my home is very healthy and we have no health problem.

yes , agree. if people lose their health, they have nothing.I try to have a good mood everyday. if it is possible ,I will do more exercise.

The shortest defination of health would be, Good food habite with regular exercise is a key to good health. To detail the above defination, The good food habit means a balanced food with perfectly required callories, vitamin and iron rich food item with a limited quantity of sugar, fats/oil, rice taken in a regular timings & time intervals is proved to be good for the health. The regular exercise is ofcorse required to keep yourself active & fit. The subject being too vast I have briefed it here but the synopsis is almost an enough explanation.

Yes. 1. I do not eat junkfood 2. I try to walk/use the stairs instead of using public transportation or elevator. 3. I don't drink carbonated drinks. 4. I eat as much veggies that I can.

yes i do agree to it. i normally dont forget to excersice in the morning what ever time i get up i always spare 30 mins for that. i really control my food habbits to control my health.

Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally I am very normal and I dont do any extra things for my health. I eat what i like, I dont do any kind of exesize,and by profession i am a computer operator,Ihave to keep sitting the whole day but still my haelth is quite normal.
