What is the importance of being a wide reader?

Actually, when I was young, I really wonder why do we have to be a wide reader. What does it mean to our everyday life? When I am growing up, I am starting to appreciate things and easily understand such situation, just simply because I have got the wisdom and knwledge from a book.. Being a wide reader relaly makes me a better person, a well knnwoledgeable as well.. It makes me smart and intelligent in some ways. ( hahahahaha!)
Honestly speaking, as we grow old, we really appreciate books because we can easily understand how life goes on day by day.

If you are a wide reader, you are aware of the things happening around you. You would be wiser and smarter than the others because we learn from reading. Learning is an endless process and we learn much from reading.

definitely!! we learne new things everytime we read books and somehow, it helps us to grow a bether and wiser person.
