I heard recently that you can get a virus on your mobile phone just like you can on your computer. Supposedly there is some software program that can help you remove it. Have you ever gotten a virus on your mobile phone and were you able to remove it?

Thank you for all of the replies so far. I had read on some forum that our mobile phones could get viruses and I wondered if it really happened to anyone. I've also heard that we can get a virus on an ipod.

Virus on iPods? Never heard of that one before. I know you can essentially break PSP's also.

Heard of it, although thankfully I've never got one, I've often wondered if you could essentially download one from WAP/GP-whatever. Most I've heard about have been passed through ringtones/pictures.

I have never thought of that. I guess you could get a virus. I know my phone is a computer, because I can go on the internet with it. I don't know how to, of course! So if that's the case, I guess it could happen. I also guess that you would remove it the same way you do on your PC. That's something to think about.
