I'm not vegetarian, but I don't eat meat every day. At least 3 or 4 days a week I eat no meat.

No I don't eat non veg every day. There will be fish most day on our house but I don't eat them most of the time. I like vegetables and fruits. I like prawns. So if they are cooked in my house I will surely eat it otherwise I will skip the fish. I don't like eggs. On some Sundays if meat is cooked in the house I will eat it.Regards

I am not vegetarian but very rarely eat meat. I love baked potatoes with beans and cheese for example. I recently tried the atkins diet and it involved eating loads of meat and although I lost weight and gained energy and my skin even seemed to look more glowing, I found it made me feel a bit ill and upset my stomach a bit. Also vegetarian food is so much cheaper and is meant to be healthier.

I agree to your point, vegetarian is good and also healthy food but many people prefer non-veg, i think that we can have non-veg on weekends rather than having 3 to 4 days etc :)

i'm not big on meat but I love fish. I like vegetables and tofu. But I don't have much choice. I can't find time to cook whatever I want. I always end up buying food that i don't really like. I feel so unclean whenever I eat meat, except fish and chicken. They're helpless animals taken advantage of people for their meat. That's sick, but I still eat it. But I'm going to try to buy something good for my health. I think I'm going to die and it's because of what i eat.

Try soy. I was introduced to it in Hanoi, and the Buddhists of the Far East have nearly perfected the art of making meat substitutes. Morning Star Farms is a good brand in the U.S. and there quite a few in the U.K. as well, though many of them use parts of eggs.
