How to have a good sleep at daytime?

For our body 6 to 7 hours sleeping is sufficient. Now you can decide how much you have sleep at day or night time. In my opinion, if you are not working in shift, then you should avoid sleeping at day hour. Only try to shift the sleeping at night. However, 1 hour sleeping is sufficient in summer only, just to time pass the hot weather.

i cant sleep on daytime but if is necesary i close the windows, the door and i go in bed with my cat.maybe i drink and a little milk and everything is perfect for sleep.but is much better if you sleep night i thing.
