anybody knows anything about pollen genetic transformation if u have any relevant information please pass it to me.

You need to be more specific with what you are trying to find out. Also replies with further information would be good. I answered your previous post and asked for clarification about something and you did not reply to this, so maybe you should keep that in mind for future conversations. In this case what you seem to be talking about it genetic transformation which involves producing engineered plants with a different phenotype e.g. deep sea fish genes can be spliced into plants to give them frost resistance. Agrobacterium tumefaciens plasmids are often used to insert the new genes. For general science type questions it is always useful to try www.answers.com

thanking you very much for ur reply but i am laready working in that field i want to know is there any protocol available for pollen transformation. actually for transformation so many types explants we will use but pollen is an good option for transformation is my question. have a nice day
