Neighbours from Hell

My neighbours are terrible, I am so fed up with doors banging, loud music, partying to all hours, and them parking their car right infront of my door than using their drive. If i report them, they know it has come from us. What can I do, without breaking the law?

Have you spoken to them about it? If you report them they probably would retaliate so there is not much you can do but put up with it.

Well I live behind a fraternity house and I report them for noise violations all the time. I don't care if they know -- it's not like I'm trying to make nice with them. Short of reporting them, or speaking to them about how disruptive their behavior is, there isn't anything you can do but buy some earplugs and maybe call a tow truck (if that is legal in your area). Good luck! I know how frustrating neighbors can be :)
