Thatcher Vs Raegan

I have to admit that I have always been a big fan of Margaret Thatcher, Even now she sends fear down the spines of our politicians. What I want to know is that during her time in power do you beleive that it was her who called all the shots when Raegan was President? I always felt that Raegan would have done anything she wanted.

She is a thief,
Prior to the Thatcher government I, and every other British Subject, were co-owners of various industries, gas, electricity, post office to name but a few, these being in public ownership. Thatcher and her pups sold off these industries to private shareholders and since then the quality of service has deteriorated and the cost has increased. But what I want to know is;
When will this thief and her cronies be bought to justice?
