Guys what do you look for in a girlfriend?

Heres the backround as to why I'm posting this. I have been told by many men that I am not the girlfriend type. So I'm just wondering what you guys look for in girls you date. I'm not changeing anything about myself, unless I agree with something! I'm just wondering what different men think. I also think part of my problem is I live in a small town and have known most of these people since jr high.

i already have a girlfriend since last 4 years we have been together.... and what i looked in her was... intelligence, beauty, manners, the way she talks and behaves in public... she had A+ in all this.... but to be honest ... guys will look for a girl who is a little less interfering and more understanding... someone whom they can rely on... and trust her ,, when the boyfriend is not around her... also looks definately matters to an extent... her manners and her behavior also plays a big role

She must be fair, good person, respectful, possibility to understand each other. So personality is very important... I might say that Your problem is because of living in small town... But You never know , when will come, true love.

I'm sure my problem is I live in a small town, People here are very judgemental, and half of the people my age have been married for 2 or three years. I'm 24, they also don't like outsiders, I moved here from a large city when I was 13, I'm still an outsider.

I'm not really a stranger, and there all nice to me, I just dont' fit in with them I guess. I dont know.

So You are to them just like a stranger...? Well, I don't know what to say... I just got on my mind the song ' In constant sorrow' there is one sentence... 'Maybe Your friend think that I'm just a stranger......'

A funny, smart, respectful, respectable girl who is looking for the same. Beauty is a plus but a personality goes a lot further.
