My son use to do this. I always thought it was because he wanted a clean place to poop. Kinda like when you clean the cats litter box and one is just waiting there until you leave to use it.

I'm a child care worker and this happens all the time. I have a theory, not sure if there is anything to it but it could be when you change a babies bottom you are lifting their legs up which puts pressure on the bowel.

Lol not sure why they always do this . All of my children have done this . I think it might be the cold hitting them that makes them have to pee after we change them so maybe they just want a clean pamper before they decide to poop :)

*laughs* I'm pretty sure most, if not all, babies do this!! I was told once it has to do with the clean feeling of a new nappy/diaper on their bottom. But honestly I just think it was time for them to go again!
