How do you get rid of your bad breath? I've tried using a tongue cleaner, but that only works so-so. Opinions?

When it comes to bad breath the natural remedies that most people think of are to improve on their brushing & flossing routine. However, a well balanced diet can also play a big role in eliminating your bad breath problems. A degistive system that works efficiently can greatly reduce the amount of bactria in your body that are the cause of odors. Acidophilus is something that you should make sure you have enough of in your diet. Studies show that an imbalance of bactria in your intestines can contibute to your bad. Increasing the amout of acidophilus in your body can be achieved by eating more yogurt which is rich in live cultures. For more info on this topic go to www.mdarma.com/bad-breath/solution.html Cheers

i guess its just taking care of your teeth and gums, but that might not always work. floss and brush your teeth several times a day. using mouthwash won't hurt. also, i think a lot of the smell comes from what you eat. some foods leave a smell, so just be careful with that. otherwise, chew gum or suck on some piece of candy or tic tac. that's what i usually do because im always afraid i have bad breath!

Most of your bad breath is caused by lack of brushing your teeth. You must make sure that you do a thorough cleaning of all sides of your mouth, teeth, gums and tongue in order to get rid of the bacteria that is there. Also, listerine or any other kind of mouthwash like that will help to reduce bacteria in the mouth and leave you with a clean feeling and good smelling breath. Also, some people are just more prone to bad breath than others. Your diet also depends on the smell of your breath.
