What is success of a person Based upon?...

Do you believe that success comes only by always buttering people or is it more than that or is there any other way?.....

I assume by success you mean doing well in business. I think that if you have talent and drive you can do well without having to be nice to lots of people, however obviously it will help. If you aren't nice to the people around you, you will never succeed.
