cottage cheese?

I really like it and I think if I knew the actual process in making it, I wouldn't like it any more.. I probably wouldnt be able to eat it. I love cottage cheese with applesauce!

i like cottage cheese with baked potato. my mom bakes potato when she makes turkey or any type of chicken. i also used to eat something else with cottage cheese but i forgot what it was. when i was little i think that i used eat cottage cheese by itself but then i dont think had. i really dont know how its made but i hear a lot of people saying that it is healthy and some say is bad.

I do not like cottage cheese. To me, it just looks really gross. And the smell of it is the same. I am not sure how it is made, I never really cared to look it up.
