Your biggest fright?

What was the one or the things that scared you the most? I once got hit in the arm by a buss that kept on going, didn't stop, had a cockroach fly into my hair, in a car that lost some control cause it was going on an uphill that was wet and did about a 180 degree turn, a jeep was behind us I thought it was gonna hit us. Among other things.

Everytime a plane land or takes off. Once I am in the air or on the ground not too much bothers me. But seeing the ground move that fast gives me the willies. Needless to say I have not flown in years now.
