Do they know or should we spread the word??

Its been a very long time since I had posted any discussion. Was actually quite busy replying to discussions. Anyways since a few days as i had been replying to various new discussions and topics I have been seeing that there is a new discussion on some or the other topic in every I must say 5 to 10 seconds or even much more within that. Bt still i had been noticing that a lot of people post online discussions without any good relevent materials and even some of them without any good topic either. And most of such discussions go unseen and then what happens is that the users get down with no replys and get negetive about the site.
My question is whether or not 'MyLot' should include proper guidlines on how to post discussions and bring in good results for these newbies??
Cause without proper help some of them will pretty soon get low and leave or just get dormant.
What do you think People??

When I come on I like to always check out new discussions, a lot of times I cannot find one that I want to respond to. What I will do next of course is check out my friends then I go to the discussions with no responses,there are really a lot of good ones in there they just have to be brought out of the shadows and I like to try and do this.

Really I know that tere are but here I am talking about wheteher we should help and guide people who are new and do not know that how and what kind of discussions to post and to tell them that online discussions barely get responses??
