How can learn better english?

I am a Filipina.
I can write english and talk simple english as well.
But then, I'm open to many things and very much determined to learn anything and I mean everything especially English.
I want to work in an international call center but then, I'm finding it hard to speak fluent English.
But I do have a coach.
Myself and I.
Can somebody help me how can I improve my English more?

read and read and read... books, magazines, etc. speak casually in english even you're home or even with your friends. they may try to laugh but tell them you're learning the fast way. also, when reading, try reading aloud. if you're hesitant about a diction, try seeing it in a dictionary.

Ur right!!
Although it's really quite boring sometimes when you're reading books and stuffs that you don't really do that much.
i'm like a "gaga' sometimes when someone hears me saying something that they don't even understand. (just practicing my english though!)
This site is really helping me a lot right now!
One thing's for sure, I'm not gonna give up on this!lol.

Its NOT perfect, but it has always been funny to communicate with friends, and i have always been improving and practicing it.

i realized that the best way to learn english is to speak with someone who speaks the english language. you learn better through experience, especially if it is a one hand experience. other helpful ways, would be read a lot of english books, converse more often using the english language, and write more in mylot too.
