What kind of food do you serve at your Wedding? Is that a culture?

On my wedding day, we served Malay food. Among the dishes besides rice are chicken cooked with tomato (with a little bit of chile), fried mixed vegetables like cabbage, caulilflower, carrots and broccoli, seafood such as sweet and sour fish, fried prawns as well as traditional cooked meat known as 'rendang'. What about your wedding? Or what's the culture?

We had 2 wedding receptions. Once was held on my wife's hometown where she had dishes similar to yours. As for my wedding reception at my hometown, we had a mixed food served i.e. the Malay as well as Chinese food served. We also had caramel and ice cream served as for the desert. I'm glad everyone enjoyed their meals.
