is there any way to change/hide email id in orkut ???

You can make your email id visible only to your friends. This is the contacts section of your Edit Profile page. You can also use an email id you never access so spam there is not a problem. Also make sure your messenger ids (Yahoo and MSN) are blank so you don't get spammed there too!

There is only 2 hide from other persons, u can be visible 2 ur frnds so u cant hide ur email id...

i think there is no way to hide orkut id

i dont think there is any way to hide our log in id. even if we give hide option , anybody can view it. it is by just sending an add reqst. after giving add reqst then select ur pending add reqst. u can see the names.with our login id also in it. so i dont think that there is any way to hide it.
